Honors Program

The Department offers honors courses in Physics 211(H) and 212(H), and in Astronomy 104(H).  The courses are available to students enrolled in the Honors College and may be taken with special permission by our undergraduate B.S. and B.A. Physics and Astronomy Majors.

The department also hosts a chapter of Sigma Pi Sigma (ΣΠΣ), the Physics Honor Society.
